Directions

  1. 将1000c.c的水煮滚后,倒入干桂花搅拌后迅速盖上盖子闷10分钟.
  2. 10分钟后,将桂花过滤掉,放入冰糖,用中火煮至冰糖完全融化.
  3. 之后将鱼胶粉倒入锅中搅拌均匀.
  4. 倒入枸杞子后稍微放凉15分钟即可倒入模型.
  5. 移至冰箱冷却一晚后,隔日即可倒出食用.
