• Make sure that sales targets are achieved
• Recruit and motivate staff
• Review manpower per shore and shift rosters submitted
• Develop product displays based on sales mix, core and speciality ranges
• Manage inventory level
• Review and fine-tune operations process & procedures
• Understand store layout and customer flow (customer shopping experience)

• Based in HQ with store visits
