Responsibilities:

A newly created role within the Marketing Team to specialise in generating written content for marketing our products and engaging our customers.

The Marketing Team works closely with commercial team, sales team, export team, retail team, ecommerce team and baking class team to develop long term marketing strategies that will help accelerate profitable revenue growth for the Phoon Huat  Group across its various business lines (1) B2B sales in Singapore to hotels, restaurants, cafes, bakeries etc, (2) B2B sales overseas to distributors and wholesalers (3) B2C sales via own retail stores (4) B2C sales via online shop and (5) B2C baking classes. The Marketing Team are also the stewards of the Group’s brand assets.

The Phoon Huat Group is undergoing continuous digital transformation and the Marketing Team will also continuously review and evolve the marketing tech stack with emerging technologies and changing business requirements.

  • Work with Commercial Team to develop SEO-friendly content – product brand and category writeups, blog articles, recipes (from beginner to professionals) and product descriptions
  • Create engaging copy for EDM campaigns and offline marketing collateral
  • Produce scripts for video content, live events and offline events
  • Engage customer base with social media postings
  • Attract new customers with effective ad campaign copy
  • Crafting brand stories
  • Topical and trend research for idea generation
  • Q&A with customers on social media and ecommerce product pages
  • Support Marketing Team in other marketing initiatives as needed
