Working Location:



• Help customers with complaints and questions
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Communicate with customers through various channels
• Acknowledge and resolve customer feedbacks
• Give customers information about products and services, make reservations, and co-ordinate returns
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and feedbacks
• Communicate and co-ordinate with other departments as necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process


• Write and speak well in English
• Bilingual in English and spoken Mandarin will be an advantage
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in customer support
