| Mr. Ong Kim Soon, our very much valued
Master Pastry Chef, has extensive experience as a pastry
chef in Singapore’s popular hotels such as the
Hyatt Regency, Boulevard Hotel, Hotel Omni Marco Polo
and the Concorde Hotel spanning from 1976 to 1996. He
is well known in the industry in Singapore and the region
for his talent in creating not only great tasting but
enticingly decorated pastries.
Phoon Huat & Co. is most fortunate to have Mr Ong
join our team as Director, Baking Division Business
Development since 1997. With his extensive
bakery knowledge, Mr Ong is actively involved in the
introduction of new products and advising clients on
product applications. He is also our key consultant
for demonstrations of our wide ranging products.
