Pineapple Tarts

1233 RED MAN Cake flour 300 gm
292 RED MAN Skimmed Milk powder 50 gm
1417 RED MAN Caster Sugar 25 gm
  Egg yolk 2 nos
1136 RED MAN Vanilla Essence  1/2 tsp
Filling
1967 RED MAN Pineapple Tart Filling 1kg

Method

  1. Use a K-beater, blend butter, sugar, vanilla essence, milk powder and flour together.
  2. Add in yolk, blend into a soft dough, do not over work.
  3. Measure 10-13 gm of dough to 8-10 gm of pineapple tart filling to form into shapes at your own desire, brush tarts with egg yolk and bake at 190C for 20 minutes.

           Remarks : make 60 to 63 nos.
